Notes
- Please note Bank holidays are charged at time and a half, with the exception of Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years day which are charged at twice the normal rate.
- For the pet feeding services VIPs can only offer one visit to all clients on the 25th December (Christmas day). All other days we can offer 2 visits.
- Very Important Pets will meet you and your pets before your planned trip and collect a set of house keys; we will go through your pet's routine with you, and discuss any domestic duties required.
- VIPs charges a daily rate not a nightly rate and has a minimum booking period of two days. All bookings where the sitter stays or pet boards one night will be charged as two days.
- Your booking will not be confirmed until VIPs’ charges have been paid.
- Once your booking is confirmed VIPs’ charges are non refundable.

VIPs accept all major credit and debit cards as well as cheques and cash.
Please note MasterCard and Visa credit card payments will incur a 3.75% surcharge.
